Terms and Conditions

Referral Scheme:

• To participate in the referral scheme, you will need to be an existing client of Waterhouse Financial Advisers Ltd.
• A client will qualify on successful completion of a mortgage application, life insurance application, the establishment of a pension or investment.
• Rewards are only valid if the referral isn’t an existing client or someone Waterhouse FA already knows.
• In the event of a referral being received from difference sources, the reward will go to whichever referral was received first.
• It is the responsibility of the person that’s been referred to clearly inform the firm of the referrers name etc. (The referrer cannot pass on the referred client’s information to the firm, nor can the firm call the referred).  
• The scheme is limited to one voucher or water bottle per referred client.
• £50 John Lewis Voucher OR a Waterhouse branded Yeti Bottle for mortgage and protection referrals – it’s up to you which one you choose.
• It is up to the client if they wish to receive the voucher OR the water bottle.
• The £50 voucher OR water bottle will only be sent on completion (for mortgages) or when placed on risk for other product types. The £100 voucher will be sent when financial products are placed on risk.
• Protection Policies need to be in place for a minimum of 3 months.
• No cash alternative offered.
• Only available for over 18s and UK residents only.

Luxury Spa Day Out – prize draw:

• A client will only be eligible to be entered into the draw if they have participated in the Refer a Friend Scheme and successfully introduced a new client to us (see Referral Scheme T&Cs above).
• There are no limitations on the amount of referrals you can make.
• Competition closes at midnight on 1 December 2025.

• One winner will be chosen at random from eligible entries on 2 December 2025 and the winner will be contacted by phone.

• The winner will need to respond within 48 hours of our message otherwise a new winner will be chosen at random.
• Waterhouse FA Ltd decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• Entries that do not comply fully with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
• No cash alternative offered.
• Only available for over 18s and UK residents only.
